Canadian Mineral Resources is pleased to give an update regarding Dorval Exploration’s mining projects. In early 2020, in the months leading up to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company successfully completed field programs at the Galinee and Ridge Creek Gold projects, both located in central Quebec. On the strength of the results, the projects were subsequently optioned by two private companies, which are seeking to list their shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. In consideration, the company received cash payments and will receive shares in the initial public offerings of the new issuers. In August of 2020, the company acquired the Sowchea Creek Gold Project in central British Columbia and completed a field program. The Sowchea Creek Project was examined by a robust program of soil sampling and ground geophysics. After, receiving and Interpreting the datasets, the company intends to option the project.
