Clive H. Massey has held directorships and senior management positions with various TSX Venture Exchange listed companies, including CEO of Redhill Resources, Windfire Capital, Aldever Resources, Prescient Mining and Universal Uranium. He has also coordinated the marketing programs for several successful public companies including Lumina Copper, Pacific Rim Mining, Marifil Mines, Sumo Minerals, Greystar Resources and the North Air Group of Companies.

James Romano started his career in mineral resources over 30 years ago with a listed mining company in Vancouver. He has been actively involved in the management of several mining companies since and has been serving on the board of listed corporations as a director and advisor. Mr. Romano helped to finance multiple projects and to take several companies public on the TSX Venture Exchange. James brings a diverse 35 years of business and entrepreneurial skills to Canadian Mineral Resources, combining pragmatic, focused and strategic thinking with thoughtful, evenhanded and respectful interaction with other team members and partners. He also holds dual citizenship in Canada and the US.

Mr. Mohammed has been involved in mining exploration and public markets for over twenty-five years. As a director and president, he completed a host of IPO’s through the TSX Venture Exchange capital pool program. He has overseen and participated and managed a variety of exploration programs, principally in North America. Over the last ten years he was involved as a property consultant for exploration of lithium in the Clayton Valley, uranium in the Athabasca Basin, as well as gold in both British Columbia and Quebec.
